Be The Light - Give Grieving Kids a Real Christmas
Please join the community in support for Tree of Hope, a Pittsburgh-based nonprofit. This incredible organization is dedicated to helping children of homicide victims, providing essential assistance during their most challenging times and brightening their Christmas. Since 1999, Tree of Hope has provided toys, a meal, and holiday entertainment to hundreds of children a year. This year, we hope to give over 400 the Christmas they deserve. Your donation can make a profound difference in their lives.
By contributing, you help:
- Support families through the bereavement process and address their urgent financial needs.
- Ensure that hundreds of children who have lost a parent to violence can experience the joy of Christmas when they otherwise might not.
Unfortunately, this program is at risk this year due to a lack of federal and state Funds that usually help. We cannot cancel the Christmas Celebration for the children of victims of violence, and so we are turning to you to help. No child should face such a heartbreaking loss alone. This Giving Tuesday, let’s come together to uplift these families and bring light to their darkest moments. Please consider donating to support this vital work.
