About Traveling Tails & Ragamuffin Rescue
We are Traveling Tails & Ragamuffin Rescue, a foster-based 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue. Our mission is to help cats and dogs find foster and adoptive homes. We are based in the Utica (CNY) area and the Albany area (Capital Region) of Upstate New York. Our rescue is run entirely by volunteers, donations, and a lot of caffeine!
