Transitions Orphan Assistance Foundation, Inc. Is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that benefits orphans who have aged-out of the orphanages in Odessa, Ukraine, and are living on their own for the first time. This program encourages them towards higher education, assists as necessary with physical, emotional, and medical needs, and helps them to acquire the life skills necessary in order to make the transition from life in an orphanage to independent living.
