Transcend Charlotte, Inc

Last week we all lost a beautiful soul. Eric was a friend to so many and opened his heart to all people. He was loved by so many neighbors and friends. While we are at a loss for words and are still wishing he would round the corner and join us all for a round and a conversation, starting with a huge hug, we can at least gather together and remember this wonderful man that we had the deep pleasure of knowing. We love Eric so much.

Transcend is an organization that states it's goal as: "Pursuing social justice & equity for trans & gender expansive communities". The organization also does great work with trans youth, many of whom can be very at risk both physically and mentally. Eric had a trans child and this cause was very important to him so we are hoping to raise funds in his name as a "thank you" for all he gave to us.
