Hi, I'm Delia Parra, and I'm raising funds for Foster Love, a remarkable organization dedicated to transforming the way youth navigate through the foster care system in America. As many of you know, our lives were changed forever when we were introduced to Baby J in December of 2020. He is a foster child and we are on the (very long) path to adoption. This sweet boy has changed our lives and the process has opened our eyes to the heartbreaking truth of our very broken foster care system.

In honor of J's upcoming 2nd birthday, we have put together this fundraiser to help the organization Together We Rise. This amazing group provides so many services for foster care children including creating "Sweet Cases." When children enter foster care, they are typically given trash bags to move their belongings. The Sweet Cases made by Together We Rise are NEW duffel bags filled with a teddy bear, a blanket, toiletry items and more.

All of the money raised will be donated to Together We Rise in Baby J's honor. Our guy has been through so much in 23 months and thankfully, he had some wonderful foster families who made things easier and brought this force of nature into our lives. However, there are so many children who are not as lucky. Please consider a donation to this organization and help us celebrate Baby J's birthday by giving back!
