Together Against TTTS
My name is Isabella Alvarez, and I am raising awareness and support for Twin-to-Twin Transfusion Syndrome (TTTS). TTTS is a severe condition that affects identical twins sharing a placenta and has a high fatality rate if left untreated.
My sister and I are survivors of TTTS, and our journey has inspired me to take action. The challenges we faced and overcame have made me deeply aware of the importance of early diagnosis, specialized care, and adequate resources for families affected by this condition. Unfortunately, many families and healthcare providers are not equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively manage TTTS, leading to delayed diagnoses, limited access to treatment, and increased risks for both mothers and babies.
To address this issue, I am launching a campaign called "Together Against TTTS" to raise funds to support research, treatment, and awareness for Twin-to-Twin Transfusion Syndrome. Every dollar counts in making a difference.
