Thanks to research, more men are surviving than ever before, but we need to do more to beat this disease.   This cause is not just relevant to me but also to many of my family and friends.

Hey guys on May the 8th a group of us will be participating in the Byron Bay sprint triathlon. We will be raising funds for the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia, a cause that is close to my heart. 1 in 7 men in Australia will be diagnosed with prostate cancer at some stage in their lives. I'm sure lots of you reading this will know someone who has been personally affected by prostate cancer.

Medical research is constantly producing new and more effective treatments, but for this to continue donations are crucial. The  Prostate Cancer Foundation provides funding for research programs within Australia, changing the lives and prognosis of thousands of Australians affected by this disease. 

It would really mean the world to me if you could donate some of your hard-earned, every little bit counts. All I'm asking is that you skip out on buying a coffee today and donate that $4 instead!

To honour the memory of our friend, Matt Tilley, we are raising funds for Prostate Cancer Foundation Of Australia, a cause Matt supported so memorably and so dapperly, taking part in the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride.

We did this by: . Promoting and funding world leading innovative research into Prostate Cancer; . Implementing awareness campaigns and education programs for the Australian community, health professionals, and Government; and, . Supporting men and their families affected by Prostate Cancer through evidence-based information and resources, support groups, and Prostate Cancer Specialist Nurses.
