Justin Lall was beloved by everyone who crossed his path. Brilliant, principled, hysterical, honest, masterful, compassionate, empathetic, wise, and LEGEND are just some of the themes that keep reappearing from the outpouring of love and testimonials of those who knew him. He lived his dreams both unapologetically, but with grace and humility.
While it was liver disease that officially robbed J of his life at the young age of 33 on Aug. 19, 2020, Justin also battled bipolar disorder his entire life. He never complained, but powered through with sheer grit and determination. While his smile lit up a room no matter what was going on inside, those who were close to him knew it wasn't always so easy because of this neurological disease that robs too many people from their life and happiness.
To honor his life, passion and unparalleled legacy, we want to help advance developmental research and treatments for bipolar disorder so we do not watch our loved ones suffer, or leave us prematurely.
Justin's family and friends are asking for any donations to be made to the The Stanley Medical Research Institute, a nonprofit supported by Johns Hopkins University that for over 30 years has been advancing research & treatments for bipolar disorder. No donation is too small, as it will collectively help to make the future brighter for millions of Americans.
