About The Neighborhood Center (TNC)

The Neighborhood Center is a community neighborhood center open to and supported by the general public, in order to provide facilities, programs and services to individuals and families in the urban environment surrounding the Center, populated by many low income and minority residents; to enhance and build relationships between individuals, neighborhoods and communities. All individuals and families shall be served without regard to race, creed, religion, sexual orientation, age or national origin.
