The Labrador Connection (TLC) is an all volunteer 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to find loving, forever homes for Labrador Retrievers/Mixes in Northern Illinois & Southern Wisconsin. Most of these dogs come from shelters & many have serious medical needs; TLC is their last hope for survival. TLC places our rescues into loving foster homes where their medical needs can be tended & their personalities can come out; this helps us determine the type of forever home that is best suited for each dog.
