Jersey Mann Mission Statement Drop the Guns, Pick Up the Ball is our slogan. Our mission is to work with coaches who teach, develop, organize, manage, and offer basketball skills to youth ages 8-16. Coaches also work with us to make players a team and allow them to learn the fundamental skills of basketball while instilling life lessons and values such as character, teamwork, discipline, respect, and sportsmanship. We want to encourage the youth to engage in sports instead of violence. Jersey Mann believes that teamwork is the foundation of success on the court.
