FRONTLINE HEROES WELLNESS FUND

In 2022, The Heart2Heart Foundation in collaboration with the Singhi Charitable Foundation launched the Frontline Heroes Wellness Fund. Our FHWF program grew out of our Saving the Saviors Pilot Program launched in February 2020.

The Frontline Heroes Wellness Fund (FHWF) provides Advance CVD Prevention Screenings to eligible participants who live or work in York, Chester and Lancaster Counties in South Carolina and Mecklenburg County in North Carolina.

The Heart2Heart Foundation is a grassroots organization structured to dedicate its donations to serve local communities which enables us to expand our programs as soon as funds are available. Additionally, as a federally recognized nonprofit - 501(c)(3), with certifications in South and North Carolina, we can raise funds for the program in both states. The FHWF is a designated fund, and 100% of the donations received are allocated to providing these services to our frontline heroes.

 Early detection saves lives, which is at the heart of all we do!

Our Frontline Heroes Wellness Fund will benefit those who serve as:

* School faculty and educators

* Nurses

* First responders

* Emergency services personnel including Dispatch

Heart disease claims over 600,000 women and men in the United States each year; studies show that about half of them could have been saved through early detection and intervention. Our shared mission is to identify women and men at risk of heart attack and stroke to reduce the number of Carolinians who suffer permanent disability or whose lives are cut short by this largely preventable disease. Our Frontline Heroes are especially vulnerable to the risk factors leading to heart disease.

Through this program, eligible participants will receive a comprehensive heart health evaluation by a board-certified cardiologist from our provider, Carolina Cardiology Associates, who have graciously donated their time to the program.
