AN APPEAL FOR DISASTER RELIEF IN KERALA STATE, INDIA
FIBA has taken the initiative and have made funds available in Kerala
now to help the victims of this natural calamity through our brethren on the ground. We cannot passively wait for others to help. We must help our fellow Keralites. Once the flood waters abate it will reveal the exact devastation and the help they need. We have reports of many assembly buildings collapsing and others flooded. We therefore kindly request support from all brethren in the United States and Canada as individuals and as assemblies to contribute and raise funds for relief efforts.
The need is great. Let us seek our Lord’s guidance to help those who truly need it. We need to be in prayer before the Throne of Grace and plead with our Lord God for the incessant rain to cease and the flood waters to abate. We need our Lords strength to help others.
