The Beaver Island Association

Pickle ball, the largest growing sport on Beaver Island and across the U.S. is fun for young and especially old alike. Most island players and visitors believe that (age is definitely a state of mind) and are seeking to exercise and socialize in a safe environment. We need your help to build two dedicated community pickle ball courts and a bocce ball court at the Peaine Township Park. The cost of the project is approximately $61,000. To date, each of the townships have expressed interest in helping with a portion of the funding and approximately $6,800 was received from the Charlevoix Community Foundation.
