The Animal Welfare League

Jeff Jarr loved animals, especially his dogs. Throughout his life, he owned many different dogs and loved them all. Jeff was very interested and committed to training them well. His last dog, Elliot, was tough, but Jeff spent the time and money that many people would not have to teach him to behave. One week after Jeff's death, his buddy Cody followed him to the afterlife so he wouldn't be alone.

My name is Chris Jarr, and I am Jeff's oldest son. Along with my Mom, Janet, and younger brother, Kevin, I am creating this fundraiser to honor Dad's love of dogs. In times of loss and sadness, it helps to have a way to contribute to something important to the one we lost. Therefore, we ask that you consider donating to the Animal Welfare League of Port Charlotte, FL. Dad volunteered here and would love the idea that he could play one more small part in helping the dogs at the shelter.
