Age-Out Angels provides volunteer mentors to assist children with life-skills as they age-out of the foster care system. Frequently, these children face insurmountable obstacles when they age-out and end up homeless, incarcerated, or dead. Our mentors help them gain access to services that provide shelter, education, job training, and more. Our goal is to guide these youth toward successful, productive lives.
