Current Construction Status
The home is partially built but remains uninhabitable. Key components still need completion:
-Structure: Walls are mostly complete.
- Roof: Flat roof remains unfinished and requires waterproofing and insulation.
- Windows: Red-framed windows need glass installation and sealing.
- Exterior: No plaster or paint; stone remains exposed.
- Yard: Dry, rocky ground with no fencing or landscaping.
- Utilities:Plumbing, electrical, and water systems still need to be installed.
