Why I started this!
I created these transformation workshops because I know what it feels like to struggle to battle depression as a young teen growing up, anxiety, and doubt while trying to hold everything together as an adult. I’ve lived through it. And I also know the power of having just one space where someone sees you, believes in you, and gives you tools to rise.
Each workshop blends storytelling, emotional resilience, leadership development, computer and life skills from resume building and Ai to creative expression and job placement. Whether it’s a teen battling isolation or a young adult trying to figure life out, these workshops say: You matter. You’re not alone. And your life can bloom anyway.
