Stuyvesant Robotics Team Inc

StuyPulse Team 694 is an award-winning FIRST robotics team located in Battery Park City, New York City representing Stuyvesant High School, a top-ranked high school in NYC.

This season, we've made team history and have been the winners of all three regional competitions we've competed in: the Hudson Valley Regional, the Greater Pittsburgh Regional, and the New York City Regional. It’s the first time in our team’s 25-year history that we’ve accomplished this. During our regionals, we were also awarded the Creativity, Excellence in Engineering, and Autonomous Awards. This season is a historic high point for our team and reflects the incredible effort and commitment every member has put in over the past few months.

Our hard work and successes have allowed us to advance to the 2025 FRC FIRST World Championship in Houston, TX, taking place from April 16th to April 19th. Champs is an international competition that brings together the top teams from around the world. It’s an incredible opportunity for our team to compete at the highest level and represent our school and community on a global scale.

We hope you could support us so all of our passionate, eager students can attend the competition and experience the thrill of world championships! All funds raised will go directly to the 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports Stuyvesant High School’s robotics teams, helping cover travel, lodging, and competition costs.

We recently competed in the South Florida Regional, winning the Gracious Professionalism Award, and won the Impact Award in the Finger Lakes Regional held at Rochester Institute of Technology. Our hard work and successes have allowed us to advance to the 2024 FIRST World Championship in Houston, TX from April 16th to April 21st. We recently became Finalists in the FRC Midwest Regionals as well as the Regional Winners in the FRC SBPLI Long Island Regionals at Hofstra University. Our hard work and successes have allowed us to advance to the 2023 FRC FIRST World Championship in Houston, TX from April 18th to April 22nd. During our regionals, we were also awarded Regional Autonomous and Creativity Awards!

We are a close-knit, student-run team of over 150 committed, bright members who dedicate hundreds of hours after school to create efficient, highly functional robots for competitions. We take pride in seeing our robots perform and excel! Over half of our team comprises low-income, first-generation students who cannot afford the trip to Houston. We would not want financial barriers to prevent our students from gaining competition experience and immersing themselves in STEM; thus we are doing everything in our power to allow all interested members to attend Champs.

The first $8,000 raised will cover the cost of those unable to afford the entirety of the trip fees and the remaining amount raised will help to lower the price for the whole team. Airline tickets, a 5-night hotel stay, and food are expensive. Our team needs your help to make the trip! By donating, you help to advance the future of our students! We recently became Second Place Finalists in the FRC Finger Lakes Regionals as well as First Place Finalists in the FRC SBPLI Long Island Regionals at Hofstra University. Our hard work and successes have allowed us to advance to the 2022 FRC FIRST World Championship in Houston, TX from April 19th to April 24th. During each of our Regionals, we were also awarded the Innovation Control Award!
