Dear friends, family and Laramie County community members, we are asking for your help. STRIDE Learning Center works with our most precious future resource, very young children. Since 1973, our mission as a non-profit, has been to provide comprehensive, quality services for children with special needs and their families in a safe and compassionate environment so that they may achieve their fullest potential.

Throughout our 50 years STRIDE has worked with over 10,000 very young children and their families. Our babies, toddlers and preschoolers receive individualized plans and services created to help each child grow, thrive, and become the best version of themselves so that they and their families have the best opportunity for happiness and a supported start in life. Families have never been charged a penny for physical therapy, speech therapy, special education, family service coordination, sign language classes to name just a few of the services our incredible staff provide daily.

Due to inflation and increasing costs paired with no increase in funding since 2010, STRIDE can no longer sustain all of the preschool classrooms at our Parsley location. STRIDE is currently operating at a deficit of a million dollars per year. As a non-profit our reserves are quickly depleting. Without community help the STRIDE Board of Directors and Administration will be faced with the difficult task of sustaining this unique valuable resource that STRIDE has provided to Laramie County for the past 50 years.
