I’m insanely driven. Relentless in my pursuits. My morals, character, and ethics have always been my backbone, and I stand rock solid with my integrity. More than anything, I am always fully connected to my heart. I call it living HeartForward.

I believe that a powerful evolution in masculinity is in place as men shift into a beautiful new consciousness. Now is the time to push forward, take action and make a positive difference that can impact others close to us and humanity at large.

As I review my first 45 years, I have set the terms for my next 45. I’m sharing them with you in the form of a pledge I call the #HeartForwardMan


#PledgeAccepted Challenge

Please join me in my pledge as a #HeartForwardMan to:

1) Protect the Divine Feminine, keep her safe from harm and free from fear.

2) Create a dynamic environment of support for the Divine Feminine and always have her back, enable her to shine and grow from a place of undeniable support into all that she can and wants to be.

3) Hold space for the Divine Feminine, free of judgment or criticism in the most unconditional ways of love.

4) Stand firm and walk with integrity, from words and actions to showing up and being present for myself and others.

5) Be unwavering and immovable in morals, character, and ethics and stand up for what I believe in with balance and harmony.


Taking a page out of the #challengeaccepted playbook of #womensupportingwomen, I’m asking for your help in spreading this message to bring awareness to the awakening of the Divine Masculine supporting the feminine.

In lieu of my 45th birthday celebration, I’ve created a GoFundMe page to raise funds to bring awareness to the conscious man and his commitment to creating environments for women to thrive in their lives.


StepUp; is a national nonprofit membership organization whose mission is to propel girls from under-resourced communities to fulfill their potential by empowering them to become confident, college-bound, career-focused, and ready to join the next generation of professional women.

My goal is to raise $7,500 to cover the annual membership costs of sponsoring 100 girls from under-resourced communities to have the opportunity to reach their potential and fulfill their dreams.

***Plus, I will personally match dollar for dollar the donations received up to the first $2,500.***

We take a multi-generational approach to role modeling what it means to dream big and to confidently pursue those dreams. 



Through after-school and weekend mentorship programs, Step Up works with girls living or going to school in under-resourced communities on becoming confident, college-bound, career-focused, and ready to join the next generation of professional women. 

As a recipient of the Dream Gap Project Fund, Step Up will host four “I Dream To…” Mentorship Conferences around the country and take a multi-generational approach to role modeling what it means to dream big and to confidently pursue those dreams. The morning session will pair Step Up women mentors with Step Up teen girls, while the afternoon session will see Step Up teens taking on the mentor role (with support from their morning mentors!) by inviting elementary school-age girls into the conference. Together, girls of all ages will build the foundation for turning dreams into reality through meaningful careers and legacies.

WHAT IS THE DREAM GAP 

Recent research shows starting at age 5, many girls begin to develop limiting self-beliefs. They stop believing their gender can do or be anything. This critical time in girls’ development when they begin losing confidence, is called the Dream Gap. The Dream Gap creates barriers for girls to reach their full potential, which can negatively affect and inhibit their future trajectory or career choices. 

 

THE DREAM GAP PROJECT FUND 

Barbie established the Dream Gap Project Fund with $250K in March 2019 to fuel efforts to close the Dream Gap. This fall, Barbie is teaming up with GoFundMe to invite everyone to help close the Dream Gap. No matter how big or small a donation, every bit counts. Your support will go towards leveling the playing field for girls, by providing tools, resources, and support to organizations on the ground working to change the lives of girls around the world.
