Stars That Shine is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering and educating girls in West Virginia. Our programs are designed to lead girls from adverse backgrounds and family challenges to success with mentorship, tutoring, empowerment programs, and more. We are also dedicated to providing schools and families in West Virginia with access to free menstrual hygiene essentials and health education.
