Save the Steeple - El Camino Walk for St Matthew's
Want to join me in making a difference?

Hi everyone,
I'm raising money to benefit the Living Stones restoration fund for St Matthew's Episcopal Church in Oakland, MD.
The church was built in 1869 by John Work Garrett, the President of the B&O railroad, in honor of his brother, Henry, and was originally dedicated as a church for the community to use. The St. Matthew's parish is now undertaking a historic restoration of the stone exterior of the building. The steeple itself will require special attention.
Starting on September 6th, I will journey to Spain to walk the El Camino de Santiago pilgrim path from Sarria to Santiago de Compostela. I am asking for donations of support for each km walked for a total of 100km. For example, at $1/km your donation would be $100.
Will you help us "Save the Steeple"? All proceeds from this campaign will go directly to St. Matthew's restoration project.
Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.

Bendiciendo a todos ustedes / Blessings to you all,
