Want to join me in making a difference? Due to the COVID-19 pandemic many people started to live a more sedentary lifestyle putting both their physical and mental health at risk. Through donating money, Lestonnac Clinic will be able to purchase blood pressure machines and pedometers so that people can track their progress as they participate in a new physical health program that will be offered at the clinic. This program will aim to reduce the risk of heart disease, improve cardiovascular fitness, diabetes, cholesterol, and even their stress.
