Spartan Surge
The Spartan Booster Club has launched the Spartan Surge initiative to build a secondary, multi‑sport synthetic turf field at West Springfield High School.
We’ve already earned the trust and support of the NFL Foundation, LISC, and the Washington Commanders, who awarded us a major capital grant to kick off this project. National partners helped us start strong — but finishing the job depends on our community.
Your donation directly funds a second turf field. A second field means more teams can practice on campus instead of being bussed off‑site, giving athletes more time to train and more time to focus on school. It also not only benefits Spartan Nation but community youth groups as well.
You’re not just contributing to turf — you’re protecting athletes from injury, giving study time back to students, and building a landmark facility that will benefit 10,000+ local families.
Help us create a lasting legacy for West Springfield — donate today and join the Surge!
