What difference can a school make in a child's life! I can tell you about shakib, a 4 year old brought in to SpaandanB school after convincing his parents of its benefits. Shakib is completing 10th grade in 2026. His outlook of life has changed, he learnt to dream big.
I can also tell you about Hawa; without the intervention of SpaandanB, who would have been forced into marriage at a young age.
Like Shakib and Hawa, every child at SpaandanB schools for the urban poor children in Dhaka, Bangladesh overcomes barriers to safety and life of dignity with education and life lessons. We have computers in 2 schools already and we can see the difference in the children!
Help us bring computers to the remaining 2 schools. Join us in preparing all students with relevant IT literacy and English, Math classes offered by our US based volunteers.
