Linda Wix Medical & Funeral Fund
On 21 July, while attending a pageant for her great granddaughters, Linda Wix, her family’s matriarch, was admitted to Huntsville Hospital in Alabama due to severe complications from the COVID-19 virus. Her husband and son had to stay nearby in a hotel in order to handle any and all concerns that may arise during her extended ICU stay. Back home in Louisiana, the bills are piling up for the Wix family. Her husband, a small town mechanic in Westlake, Louisiana, had to close his shop to be close to his wife and take care of arrangements. This was his and Lynda’s primary source of income to pay their bills.
Linda passed away on 08/04/21 and arrangements are being made to get her transported home.
The Wix family has helped countless families in Westlake over the years with everything from paying for funerals to lending their personal vehicles to those who were without their own. Please consider helping this family to pay for medical bills, transportation of Linda back home, and funeral expenses.
