The years of gossip, speculation, and desires for a new downhill line at Cedar Hill (DH3) Double Shot are finally here!

Starting May 9 (weather permitting) the experienced trail crew from Alpine Bike Parks will begin construction on Double Shot (DH3). They will also be adjusting/resurfacing/moving Copperhead (DH1). 3 trail builders stated there was not enough usable slope to fit DH3 without moving DH1. Double Shot will be as you guessed it, double black diamond. There will be 5 manmade jumps with mandatory gaps (doubles) to the transition. Wooden features will create a similar size to the final table top on Showtime.

Also during this construction, SORBA Mid-TN and local trail bosses would like to address drainage areas around Phase 1 and 3.

This GoFundMe is needed to help facilitate all the extra work we would like to accomplish.

SORBA Middle TN is raising funds to refresh the three downhill flow trails at Percy Warner Park. We are partnering with Alpine Bike Parks to restore the trails: Wabash Cannonball, Flume Zoom, and Screamin' Delta Demon! We seek to raise $15k, about 1/4 of the funds required to complete the project. We will be breaking ground shortly after Memorial Day Weekend to be completed by Jun. 30th.
