SAFE (formerly Southern Alamance Family Empowerment) seeks to empower individuals and strengthen families in and around Alamance County, N.C. by respectfully and compassionately providing food assistance and developing relationships to identify needs beyond food and helping our clients find the tools and resources to address those needs. In 2024, SAFE provided assistance to more than 3,600 families in Alamance County and the surrounding communities.
