The South Bay Chinese Club/South Bay Chinese Service Club (SBCC/SBCSC) preserves the culture and customs of the Chinese heritage, fosters and encourages better understanding of civic responsibilities and the American way of life, and promotes the general welfare of the community.
SBCSC provides scholarships and grants to local graduating high school seniors in the Southern Alameda County each year since 1970.
