For the first time in history, the Alcorn State University Sounds of Dyn-O-Mite Marching Band has been invited to perform in the prestigious Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in 2025! This is a monumental achievement, not just for the university but for the entire HBCU community and the state of Mississippi.
But we need your help to make this dream a reality!
Why We Need Your Support
Bringing a full marching band to New York City requires significant funding. We are raising $100,000 as part of Alcorn State University’s overall $500,000 campaign to cover:
