Help Us Keep Showing Up for Our Community

There are people in our community who don't know where to turn.

Someone who needs help finding treatment.

A parent trying to find resources for their child.

Someone in recovery who needs somebody to answer the phone.

A person struggling with their mental health who needs to know they aren't alone.

Someone leaving a difficult situation who needs help figuring out what comes next.

Sometimes, what makes the difference isn't a big program or a perfect solution.

Sometimes, it's simply having someone there.

That's why Keep Trinidad Safe exists.

Since opening our doors, we've worked to be that place people can come to when they don't know where else to go. We provide peer support, recovery support, mental health resources, resource navigation, and connections to services throughout our community.

We've helped people find resources, make connections, navigate difficult systems, and take the next step when taking that step felt impossible.

And we've done it because we believe something very strongly:

People in our community deserve somewhere to turn.

But keeping that door open takes more than passion.

As a small local nonprofit, we depend on grants, donations, and community support to continue doing this work. Grant opportunities don't always cover the everyday needs of the people walking through our doors. The needs don't stop when a grant ends, and they don't wait for the next funding cycle.

That's where our community comes in.

We are asking you to help us continue being here.
