SIP Self-Care Walk
We are a nonprofit organization that has been in existence since 2017. We started with 5 ladies, and to date, we are 103 strong. Sip Self-Care Walk focuses on the mental disparities that plagues communities of minorities, especially women and children of color. We offer free resources, health screening, classes and much more as we Spread Love and Positivity.
