Playing for Kids: Pickleball for Shriners
I’m Sal DeSantis, and I’m stepping onto the court because it feels like the right time in my life to give back. Playing pickleball with coworkers and friends is a chance to have fun, build camaraderie, and turn that energy into something that truly matters for children who need specialized care.
This April I’m tracking my minutes on Strava while I play to support Shriners Hospitals for Children. For more than 100 years, Shriners Children’s has provided innovative pediatric specialty care, research, and education, and they make sure families get the care they need regardless of ability to pay. Knowing my time on the court can help power their life-changing care makes every rally count.
I’m asking for your support to help children receive the treatments, therapy, and hope they deserve. Your gift goes directly to a nonprofit healthcare system that offers patient-centered services and relies on the generosity of people like you to keep care available to all families.
Please join me by donating today. Your contribution will help ensure more children receive the specialty care and support they need to thrive.
