Mission StatementThe mission of Shine Performing and Creative Arts is to use the arts to transform lives and communities through a comprehensive arts program in West Orange County, Florida Vision Our vision is to create a local arts district by making Pine Hills the destination for the arts. Our aim is to engage and enhance the community by partnering with arts organizations, local schools, colleges and universities with the support of and in partnership with Orange County government and public and private entities. The overarching purpose is to garner a synergistic approach to the revitalization of the Pine Hills community
