About Second Chance Sato Rescue
Sato Heart Rescue is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization which is run exclusively by volunteers only. We operate for charitable purposes, bring education and awareness to the issues of animal welfare & neglect whom reside on the island of Puerto Rico. Once the dogs are cleared for transported to NH, Sato Heart Rescue works diligently in finding the perfect home for each dog. Giving them a second chance at a beautiful life.
