I'm teaching a gentle, meditative movement class this Saturday (5.9.20) via Instagram Live.

2. Then tune into my stories at 11 am Pacific time on Saturday, May 9th.
3. If you’re new to stories, click on the big circle in the left hand corner with my face on it (see the pic below). The circle will have a colorful ring around it. If it doesn't, refresh your Instagram phone app until it does. Then click on it. Please be patient. It might take a few minutes for the class to get going. If you miss it at 11 am PT, the video will be in my stories for 24 hours.
