I'm teaching a gentle, meditative movement class this Saturday (5.9.20) via Instagram Live. All funds raised for this class will go directly to support ScholarMatch. Each $1 we raise up to $2500 is being matched, so your donation is worth double. See below for details on how to join for class.
ScholarMatch is an education non-profit based here in SF and founded by author Dave Eggers. They support first-generation college students to earn a bachelor’s degree within five years through individualized advising, targeted financial support, and career mentoring.
In response to the COVID-19 crisis, they're doing pivotal work to support underserved students who are in immediate need of funds for housing, food and supplies, technology, and more due to school closures across the country. Your donation today will help them continue their work by equipping students with scholarships and emergency funds.

2. Then tune into my stories at 11 am Pacific time on Saturday, May 9th.
3. If you’re new to stories, click on the big circle in the left hand corner with my face on it (see the pic below). The circle will have a colorful ring around it. If it doesn't, refresh your Instagram phone app until it does. Then click on it. Please be patient. It might take a few minutes for the class to get going. If you miss it at 11 am PT, the video will be in my stories for 24 hours.
