URGENT: Stormy Needs Emergency Surgery to Survive

Stormy is a sweet rescue cat who has faced more challenges than most—he’s a paraplegic and has battled recurring bladder issues for years. But now, things have taken a serious turn.

He has large stones blocking both his bladder and urethra—and this time, they can’t pass on their own. Despite months of care from a specialist and being hospitalized with IVs and a catheter since Tuesday, the blockage remains.

Without immediate surgery to remove the stones and perform a “PU” procedure to widen his urethra, Stormy won’t make it. The only other option would be humane euthanasia.

We’re desperate to save him. This surgery is his only shot—and we need your help to make it happen.

We found a paid foster who will charge $1850 where Canela can live inside a home and be a real loved dog from inside the safety and air of a home!!!

Canela’s story is one of resilience, loyalty, and a heart full of love, despite never knowing what it’s like to have a real home. This 5-year-old Lab mix (mixed with what we’re not sure – maybe Black Mouth Cur…) has spent her entire life in a backyard, enduring the Florida heat, rain, and cold. Over the years, Canela gave birth to three litters before she was finally spayed. Yet, despite this tough start, Canela has remained the sweetest, most gentle girl, always eager to please and be loved. She can be a little shy at first, but once she gets to know you, she blossoms into the most affectionate, trusting companion. Canela’s life was about to take another heartbreaking turn when her owners said they were moving and planned to dump her. Thankfully, a kind-hearted neighbor, who had been petting her and giving her treats over the fence for years, couldn’t bear to see her abandoned. This neighbor took her in, doing everything she can to care for Canela in a shaded area outside—but she knows that Canela deserves so much more. Canela is fully vetted, spayed, heartworm negative, up-to-date on her shots, and receiving flea and parasite prevention. She’s a healthy 55 pounds and already knows basic commands like “sit” and “down.” She’s still working on her leash skills, but with a little patience, she’ll get there in no time. This sweet girl has spent enough time outside looking in. She deserves to experience the warmth of a family and the comfort of a loving home.
