Hello, I’m Nick!
Most of you probably know me from my past fundraising adventures. Over the years, I’ve jumped out of planes, gone paragliding, and run marathons usually to raise funds for animal charities and sanctuaries that are very close to my heart. But recently, something else has really hit home for me.
Every single night, millions of children across the world go to bed hungry, cold, and afraid. It breaks my heart, and it’s something I’m simply not prepared to turn a blind eye to.
Right now, children are facing unimaginable suffering across the globe:
In Nepal, disastrous flooding has destroyed communities, leaving young children homeless and, heartbreakingly, many orphaned overnight.
In Gaza and Ukraine, children are caught in the middle of severe conflict, losing their homes, their sense of safety, and their families.
Across parts of Africa, severe drought and food shortages mean young children are starving and going without basic nutrition every single day.
I wanted to do something to help, but I knew I needed to do something a bit different this time to get everyone's attention.
I’m raising money for Save the Children Fund, an incredible charity working on the ground in these crisis zones to provide emergency food, clean water, shelter, and medical care to kids who have lost everything.
My goal is to raise £500.
To show you how serious I am and to give you all something to laugh at if we hit the £500 target, I am literally prepared to dye my hair bright pink and look like an absolute clown!
