I am Lennie, Sara's mom, and I am asking you to save my daughters life by donating to www.sarascure.org . Without a treatment for Clear Cell Sarcoma, Sara and others are left helplessly wondering how much time is left. Scans every few months and surgery to stay ahead of the tumors is the best we have. There is hope in a 1st of its kind drug that needs critical funding to get through preclinical studies and to a trial. We have researchers/scientist ready to go but we are in need of the funds. We can do this but we need your help NOW!

Clear cell sarcoma affects approximately 150 patients each year in the USA. The survival rate is very low beyond 5 years and has not changed in decades. Big pharmaceutical companies don't see profit with such a rare disease so its up to families to fund the needed drugs trials.

With your help the two non profits of Sarascure.org and Chilidrens Cancer Therapy Development Institute will work to get these critical drugs to children with cancer. We will use your donation specifically on a CCS treatment to save Sara and others but we can't do it without having these funds.

Henry Banville passed away July 8, 2018 from CCS. He fought hard for 2 years and was only 39. Every cent goes to Sarascure.org, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to funding the cure for clear cell sarcoma. Sarascure.org works closely with scientists and institutions across the USA that are dedicated to a cure for Sarcoma. This campaign will use every single dollar on drugs created to work directly on the gene fusions that causes Clear Cell Sarcoma. Children and young adults are desperately trying to stay alive while waiting on this funding. We are confident we can get there in 12 months but we need the funds Now to get started.
No parent should have to watch a child suffer or die knowing that money will lead to the cure. Your donation will give Sara and thousands of future patients a chance to live and dream about a future full of possibilities . Time is the enemy. I need your help now to save my child.
