To promote public awareness, understanding and appreciation of the Chinese culture, including Chinese history, art, literature, customs, and traditions; to assist and support other charitable organizations which provide relief and services to the Chinese community in particular, and to other groups as the membership decides; to encourage the pursuit of higher education by members of the Chinese community through scholarship awards.
