St Faustina Conference St Vincent Depaul Society (ST FAUSTINA CONFERENCE - SVDP)

The Michael and Kimberly Lewis family are in dire need of assistance in paying family medical bills.

They have four young children; two of which have serious cardiovascular/heart conditions.

Additionally, the father has cerebral palsy and the mother is a type one diabetic on an insulin

pump. The Lewis family has significant current and pending medical bills that they need help in

paying. Their Go-Fund-Me goal is $30,000. Any assistance that you can provide will be

appreciated.

Michael Lewis grew up in Chapel Hill, N.C. and Kimberly grew up in Waynesboro, VA. They met in Richmond, VA where they both worked. The children are 8, 6, 3, and 1 (20 months). Two boys and two girls. The youngest children have heart issues.

Patrick is 8 years.

Eleanor is 6 years.

Joseph is 3 years.

Adelaide is 1 year (20 months)
