North Africa Media Arts Initiative-Phase 2
Summary - Upate
The North Africa Media Arts Initiative was birthed in 2021. We have wrapped up phase 1 with our original three-year goals seeing significant progress. Now we are prayerfully moving forward with phase 2. As sowers of God’s Word, we have scattered many seeds among Arabic-speaking Muslims across North Africa and beyond. Now, we feel is the time to water those seeds, moving our media content focus from the Psalms/Proverbs/Gospel wisdom passages to more Jesus’ teachings about the Kingdom of God, cultivating our precious audiences to grow and live out Jesus’ commands.

What needs to continue…
- Video, audio and image content creation highlighting the beauty of Jesus’ teachings in the Bible.
- Language communities increasing access and engagement with the Bible.
- Investing in key collaborations with other organizations that share our values and vision.
- Investing in key relationships with Godly leaders living in North Africa integrating with language communities.
Jesus said in Matt. 28:18-20
“All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Sabeel Media is significantly involved in these powerful instructions from Jesus! We are GOING to far off places, we are helping MAKE DISCIPLES, we are reaching many unreached NATIONS and we are engaged in TEACHING them to obey everything Jesus commanded through a media arts framework. Now is the time to also embrace the AUTHORITY that God has given us to make these commands a reality.
Phase 2 adjustments - Development of the Sabeel Media Team
- Our Co-Director, brother Khalil, is a key team leader who has a great calling from the Lord on his life. He faces many challenges on his pathway into a full-time ministry calling. Sabeel Media is uniquely positioned to come alongside brother Khalil, increasing our partnership and enhancing the development of other key team members, to assist with Arabic language work, content creation and Social Media engagements.
- Increasing collaboration with other Jesus focused digital ministries blessing the Arabic speaking world with quality online fellowship and training opportunities.
- Increasing our development of talented local artists across North Africa as they work on our new media content creation.
- Increasing our connections with partners, supporters and donors in the USA on a 2025 summer visit. To sit with team and board members face to face, encourage one another, and dream for the future.
Your donations go towards our team development ministry fund, media equipment, content creation, promotion, and distribution.
