You can make a difference by donating today to S T E P S 2 Success Inc. In Nov 2022, Ali and Susanna began a non-profit 501c3 in Florida called S.T.E.P.S. 2 Success, Inc (S2S). S2S is a faith-based development initiative for all ages & generations, building leaders one step at a time. S.T.E.P.S. 2 Success empowers individuals by fostering a strong work ethic, imparting essential leadership and life skills, and cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit. Through engaging discussions and meaningful projects, we equip participants with the tools and support they need to achieve their goals. Our innovative technology and project-based learning activities are designed to expand their knowledge and develop crucial skills such as communication, teamwork, critical thinking, goal setting, and creativity. By participating in S.T.E.P.S. 2 Success, individuals discover and unleash their unique talents and capabilities, setting them on a path towards personal and professional success. The way it’s accomplished is through S.T.E.P.S.:

Upon both ladies moving to Palmetto, FL the week of Christmas 2022, Ali and Susanna hit the ground running, getting involved in the community and local church. Ali and Susanna began volunteering with numerous non-profit organizations in both Manatee and Sarasota County. In February 2023, Ali put her own non-profit on hold, so not to duplicate efforts, and volunteered her time with a local non-profit guiding at risk youth in discovering their potential, passion, and purpose. As of November 2023, Ali decided to focus on building her own faith based non-profit, the one she originally started in 2022. Ali’s mission is to shine her light upon others, strategically partner with other like-minded non-profits working with youth, family, and community. Recently, Ali was blessed to become a collaborative partner of the Crossings Community Alliance, where her smiles, positive attitude, personality, and work ethic are infectious.

In this last year, Ali and Susanna have started a Facebook Group empowering women and girls around the world; has started a Ministry speaking into the lives of individuals who may be a challenge to the community and society feels is difficult to work with. Ali and Susanna pick up donated items like clothes, household items, and furniture, giving it to those individuals, families, and children in need. Ali and Susanna work on community service projects in Manatee, Sarasota and Desoto County.

Ali has worked with over 30 teenage girls in the Manatee and Sarasota County area and has seen 6 girls give their life to Christ.

• Ali is further raising money for the various "projects with a purpose". One of the most recent projects - "The Faithful Fixers" has taken off. With the devastation in FL from the most recent hurricanes, the Faithful Fixers have been volunteering and loving on people in Sarasota and Manatee County; giving them that Hope and Inspiration everyone needs. Our team has been cleaning out homes, picking up debris, and helping those that need help. Our Faithful Fixers project is a comprehensive initiative focused on career development, entrepreneurial skills, and job placement for individuals recently released from incarceration, recovering from chronic homelessness, or overcoming addictions. The program emphasizes cultivating a robust work ethic, collaborative abilities, analytical thinking, leadership qualities, and effective communication.
