Russell Rescue of the Carolinas is a network of volunteers dedicated to placing unwanted or abandoned Jack Russells into permanent homes. Our region is typically North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Maryland. We are routinely contacted by shelters for strays, owners needing to surrender, or other situations where we need to assist in the care, vetting, rehoming, and fostering of the terrier.
