Dear Bulldog Parents

Each year our school relies upon holding fundraisers to help pay for the many excellent educational opportunities we offer to our Bulldog students. This year, through the country’s pandemic, we have found ways to reach our goals, beautify our student’s cafeteria, purchase specialized COVID 19 air quality equipment to both Deane Porter and Forrestdale and now a spectacular new project has come to the table for us to get involved with to give to students for generations to come.

At this time, we are reaching out to our community to ask for your financial support on our PLAYGROUND PROJECT! We are in the planning stages with the Board of Education to transform our old playground into a gorgeous, state of the art new playground. Our GO FUND ME goal is to charitably raise $75,000 to complete the construction of this project. Any additional funds collected will be applied to the playground beatification.

We have selected a playground from MRC/GameTime Playgrounds and will have open for the upcoming school year. The photos attached will give you a glimpse into this amazing new structure. Your tax-deductible donation will go directly to the construction and equipment. This playground has been specially designed to offer endless amounts of play, by creating a play circuit for our all our students.

In helping with getting our Bulldogs back into safer classrooms, we are hosting this latest Rumson PTO Fundraising Campaign for the addition of MEDIFY Air Purifiers  at Deane Porter and Forrestdale.  This will allow cleaner air filtration in each classroom, utilizing CDC recommend filters. Together with our HVAC systems in place, the Medify MA-40 Air Purifier Systems have proven to be one of the best air purifiers ever introduced to the market. Dr Bormann has worked closely with Hackensack Meridian Health to insure these purifiers are the best of the best!

Please help fund this important need for the present and future safety of our students, teachers and staff to get back into the classrooms to keep viruses and any other impurities, by making a donation to our Go Fund Me Campaign.

Greetings Bulldog Families!
 
We hope this letter finds you well and safe at home. Your PTO is still busy working on our mission to help make the lives of our students a little better every day. We are committed to keep our hearts in our projects, especially during this new virtual world we are entering.

While we are actively coming up with new ways to generate support to our school projects, we thought you’d want to know about our big plans for the 2020 school year. From what started in the creative minds of Mrs. Humbert’s 5th grade students, has now flourished into a project of great importance. Together with Dr. Bormann, we are prepping for the beautification of our cafeterias for both Deane Porter and Forrestdale with new inclusive round tables to help students socialize better. Our cafeterias will be transformed with new paint, flooring, updated décor and become ADA compliant, for all to enjoy. We are now in need of your help to make our efforts go even further!

The PTO will be purchasing new furnishings for both cafeterias. Your support to this project is crucial in our challenge to make this a success. Because our traditional yearly fundraising opportunities have been interrupted during this time, we are turning to our supportive Bulldog Families to help fund this amazing project. We understand these are trying times, but if you are able to help, please make a family donation to our Go Fund Me, in any denomination to help us achieve this goal!

Our cafeterias are scheduled to be ready for our students to be welcomed back in the Fall of 2020! We would love your support to help make this happen. Thank you in advance for your contribution and unwavering PTO support.
