To provide all services associated with operating an animal rescue, including the following: 1. In pursuit of the goal of reducing the overpopulation of animals, primarily cats and kittens: a. coordinating the spay/neuter and associated services for domestic cats and kittens; b. trapping, neutering, vaccinating and returning (TNVR) cats and kittens; c. socializing and finding suitable homes for adoptable cats, kittens, and cats in unsafe community situations; d. securing medical care for owned/domesticated cats in low-income households and community cats; e. providing permanent foster and hospice care for cats with critical or terminal medical conditions that are not adopted or adoptable; and f. providing other assistance to ultimately improve the lives of the cats and their caretakers
