Rock Cancer

Rock Cancer is a free rock climbing program for patients (age 4-25) with cancer or a history of cancer. Participants can bring an additional friend or sibling to rock climb as well. The experience is invaluable, especially immediately post-therapy when self-confidence can be low and de-conditioning can be high. Rock climbing is an adaptive skill that can significantly improve strength and range of motion, making it perfect for recovery and overall well-being.
