Roaring Fork Recovery Support Center

Carbondale’s The Meeting Place currently hosts 24 in-person recovery meetings each week. In addition to 12-Step meetings, we host Mindfulness in Recovery, Meditation, and Yoga for People in Recovery. In 2023 we have added childcare at select meetings, a Little Free RECOVERY Library, and additional services such as offering Narcan distribution.

We rely on the generosity of individuals and community funders to keep our doors open. As we launch our annual fundraiser, with a goal of raising $7,500 by December 31st, would you please donate in support of The Meeting Place and our commitment to supporting those in recovery?

The Meeting Place (TMP) is the only organization or venue of its kind in the Roaring Fork Valley, exclusively dedicated to providing consistent and free/by donation space for recovery meetings. TMP is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization and is not affiliated with any fellowship or 12-Step group. In fact, meeting donations comprise less than 1/3 of our income….we rely on the generosity of individual donors and community funders to keep our doors open.
