Honor Eric's Legacy—Fund Jr. Wheelchair Sports Camp
Hi Santa Barbara community and friends,
My name is Nicole Powers, and my husband, Matt Shara and I are raising funds for the Foundation for Cottage Rehabilitation in memory of Matt's beloved colleague, Eric Kaiser—a strong, brilliant individual, avid wheelchair racer, former Paralympic athlete, and dedicated youth coach at Cottage Hospital's Junior Wheelchair Sports Camp, where he made a lasting impact.
Eric unexpectedly passed in early September, and in his memory, we are raising funds to support the Junior Wheelchair Sports Camp, a cause Eric was deeply passionate about.
This incredible camp offers children and young adults, ages 6-21, with physical disabilities the chance to participate in recreational and competitive sports. It is offered at no cost to participants and their families, providing opportunities for fun, connection, and personal growth.
Your donation will help ensure this life-changing program continues to thrive, offering more young athletes the opportunity to experience the same joy and empowerment that Eric cherished.
